These Terms of use govern your access to and use of Showcase, a product operated by Makesquare Studio Limited. By using Showcase, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use Showcase. If you use Showcase on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Showcase in a way that violates any law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
- Interfere with the security, performance, or operation of Showcase.
- Scrape, copy, republish, or redistribute content from Showcase in violation of applicable rights.
- Upload or submit content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, abusive, or harmful.
- Use automated systems to access Showcase in a way that imposes unreasonable load or bypasses product controls.
Content and references
Showcase may display references, screenshots, links, names, trademarks, or other materials associated with third-party websites and brands. Those materials remain the property of their respective owners. Inclusion in Showcase does not imply affiliation, endorsement, or ownership by Makesquare Studio Limited unless stated otherwise.
Collections, saved items, and generated outputs
Showcase may allow you to save references, create collections, add links, and access generated outputs. You remain responsible for the content you add and for how you use any generated outputs. Generated outputs are provided as product functionality and may require review before relying on them in production, commercial, or legal contexts.
Credits, purchases, and paid features
Some features may require credits or paid access. Credit balances, pricing, product packaging, and feature access may change over time. Unless otherwise required by law, credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value.
Feedback
If you submit feedback, suggestions, ideas, or feature requests, you grant Makesquare Studio Limited the right to use them without restriction or compensation to you.
Intellectual property
Showcase, including its software, interface, branding, visual design, and original content, is owned by or licensed to Makesquare Studio Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Service changes and availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Showcase or any feature at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these terms, created risk for other users or the service, or where termination is otherwise appropriate for legal, security, or operational reasons.
Disclaimers
Showcase is provided on an as is and as available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Makesquare Studio Limited disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and availability.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Makesquare Studio Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of Showcase.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Makesquare Studio Limited, without regard to conflict of laws principles, except where local consumer law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms of use from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the date above and take additional steps where appropriate.
